From the date of purchase, 1-year guarantee service for the product within the following scope will be offered by the Company
The guarantee card and purchase receipt are the evidence for guarantee. Guarantee is refused without complete procedure.
Guarantee is only limited to the quality of the components and parts or the damage caused by manufacturing craft.
Guarantee excludes the problems caused by wrong usage, negligence or accident dropping, or connection with the inappropriate power. Usage not according to the instruction, opening of the cover for attempt to refit, or damage caused by inappropriate repair by the maintenance personnel not approved by the Company is not included in the guarantee scope.
Except the assurance within the guarantee scope of the product, our company will not promise to undertake any responsibility for the damage, loss or harmful effect caused by other reasons. The users should fill in properly the guarantee card and hand over or post to the maintenance site or the special engaged distributor of the Company for stamping and confirmation within one month after purchasing the machine. |
