Handling of general troubles:

Trouble phenomenon: No power
Reason and solution: check if the power plug is correctly plugged in the outlet, and, if the power is on.
Trouble phenomenon: The Disc cannot be read.
Reason and solution: 1. If the disc has been placed inside the case. 2. If the disc is placed on the reverse side. 3. The area code of the disc is different. 4. The format of the disc is incorrect. 5. The disc is damaged or made dirty. Please change the disc or clean the disc. 6. The machine is moisturized. Take out the disc and electrify the machine for 1-2 hour.
Trouble phenomenon: There is no image displayed.
Reason and solution: 1. Confirm that the TV is on and is in the AV status which is connected with the machine. 2. Check the connection status of the system. 3. Check if the connection cable is in good condition. 4. Clean the disc.
Trouble phenomenon: The image is blurred / twisted.
Reason and solution: 1. It means that the disc has been damaged or made dirty. 2. Set up the output standard of the TV or DVD again. 3. Connect the DVD machine directly with the TV without connection through other system.
Trouble phenomenon: The image is not full of the screen
Reason and solution: the image is not full of the screen. 1. Set up the standard of the TV again. 2. Select the format of screen from the menu of the DVD disc.
Trouble phenomenon: Signal of bad disc appears
Reason and solution: It means that the disc has been damaged or destroyed. Please change the disc or clean the disc.
Trouble phenomenon: No song can be selected.
Reason and solution: The consumer intervene the preset playing sequence.
Trouble phenomenon: There is no sound or the audio frequency output is not complete
Reason and solution: 1. Confirm that the TV and the amplifier are on and is in the setup is correct. 2. Confirm if there is system connection shielding of the TV and amplifier. 3. Check if the system is in the status of mute. 4. Transform by pressing the sound channel button or speech sound button. 5. There will be no voice output in the following statuses: Backward, pause, single step, slow forward, fast forward, fast backward, etc.
Trouble phenomenon: no surround sound
Reason and solution: 1. Check if the setup of the digital output or loudspeaker is correct. 2. Check if the power of the amplifier or audio amplifier is on.
Trouble phenomenon: There is no sound or there is noise of MP3 disc.
Reason and solution: 1. Check if the connection of the system is correct. 2. There is document of other format in the MP3 disc. 3. Skip the passage.
Trouble phenomenon: There is no Karaoke or echo.
Reason and solution: 1. Check if the switch of the microphone is on. 2. Check if the current potentiometer is opened.
Trouble phenomenon: There is whistle note of the microphone
Reason and solution: 1. Check if the switch of the microphone is on. 2. Lower the volume of the TV or the amplifier. 3. Lower the output volume of the microphone.
Trouble phenomenon: The remote controller is ineffective.
Reason and solution: 1. Check if there is obstacle between the remote controller and the machine. 2. Check if the remote controller points at the receiving head. 3. Confirm that the installation of batteries in the remote controller is correct. 4. Confirm that if there is electric quantity in the battery.
